The 2023 show season started with the first show at Sorenesen Park. All of the Smart Start horses did super! Opus Dei (Oops) dipped his foot into 3rd Level for the first time scoring a 69, two 68%s and a whopping 71%!! Maia Becken and Afires Spellbound (Sven) had their first go at Second Level and scored a 68 and whopping 70% They also had their first try at a Musical Freestyle (First Level) and scored 69 and 74%. We also had Emily Disalvo and First Striped Edition (Eddie) coming out for Eddie’s first show and they not only had great rides and good scores, their final ride was Training 3 with a score of 70%. Emily got Eddie as a “project” horse and a project he’s been. We couldn’t be more proud of all three horses and their riders too, of course!
